Plateau Buster Redux Day 1

So I just went through 30 days of the Plateau Buster Challenge. I lost 7 pounds which is great. But I still actually have 4 pounds to lose before I officially bust this plateau. I have been gaining and losing the same ten pounds - eleven pounds this time - over and over again. I am serious about relosing that amount and this time keeping the weight loss going. I just have to keep the blinders on and look towards the goal for this challenge only. (I tend to all of a sudden look ahead to all the weight I still need to lose even after this and then get discouraged. Can't do that!)
So my current weight - 216.
My last recorded "low" weight aka my plateau weight - 212
My goal for this challenge: 210
I am keeping the settings of this blog etc. the same since what I am doing seems to be working - for now anyway. If things get hung up then I guess I will reevaluate.
Today's Lower Body workout was the best I have had. Lower body has always been my hardest. But I was able to do my bird-dogs this time with minimal pain and I think fairly good execution.

Overall bloodsugars: 113 average bloodsugar. Highest reading was 134. Lowest reading was 96.
