This month has been different for me. I started a new job which requires me to get up way earlier than I had to in the past. I am also working a couple of hours a day at my former full-time job. Needless to say, I've been busy. I miss my morning walks. I have managed to get in 535 fitness minutes this month so far. I doubt I will make my goal of 1000 minutes. I had a streak going from April to August. I am going to have to be more creative with getting in my fitness minutes and make adjustments with my food intake as well. I will have to be flexible.
