Still Recovering from COVID-19 WEEK 6 TRACKING!!!!!

Well week 5 I almost completed it but weakness like no other took over. I've been getting in cardio and full body workouts as well. I also have had some junk food since my husbands return home emoticon over the weekend I took it somewhat easy.Friday I did half of my weekly challenge and Saturday/Sunday none. Sunday we went out to the swap meet and I got in lots of walking and used lots of muscles pushing my husband in the wheelchair and after that we went grocery shopping. I did lots of walking on Sunday! After returning home it took everything in me to get things put away and my husband settled in and a bite to eat for dinner. After that it was lights out for me, omg it felt like my first day home.

So all that being said here is the game plan for this week is: Cardio Chair exercises 30 +mins(I have found some intense ones that I want to try), 25 squats, 25 biceps/rows with triceps kickback, and an ab video workout(it might be a chair ab workout). I know it sounds like a lot emoticon ,but I don't have to do it all at one time. I just have to get it in during the day emoticon
