Here we are in October. Where I live, October brings a mixture of autumn weather each day. Most days here start out very chilly and then it warms up later. It is the perfect weather for dressing in layers and taking walks in crisp fresh air. With this crazy year we are having concerning the COVID-19 virus (wearing masks and social distancing) walking is one of the few things we can still do and enjoy. It is free and it is healthy!
I am focused on the following:
Make good healthy food choices - one day at at time - everyday.
Keep eating low carb.
Keep active as much as possible.
Drink water and take my daily supplements.
