Week 6 MOVING AT MY OWN PACE

I have been so BUSY that I have to sneak in workouts. Example when I brush my teeth I do side bends or squats or side leg lifts. For cardio I run up and down the stairs and walk or run in place or dance. But I am moving!!!!!
So this week I'm focused on my cardio and for strength training I am going back to doing planks.
I did some over the weekend to see if I could do it and make sure I had the right form. Today I decided to make this my CHALLENGE for the rest of the month!!!!
I was able to do a 1 minute full plank and a 1 minute side plank on each side twice today and I plan to do it again this evening. I would love to be able to hold a full plank for 5 minutes or close to it by Feb. 21, 2021 my birthday.
I won't be tracking it on this blog I have a fitness journal that is all decorated and ready to use.
