I am sorry that September did not make a good way for you!
I sort of blinked, and September was gone ... without all the tracking that I typically do.
Even after I promised to recommit to tracking twice throughout the month of September, it just did not happen.
But - today, October, I offer you my recommitment to goals. AND to tracking them.
Devotions and Prayer first thing every day
12K Steps per day
(Ummm ... Except for the 2 days I missed already!)
Cardio every day
ST 3xs per week
Tracking all my food and exercise
Connecting with friends 3xs a week
