Update on leg...

I have been doing the hip and hamstring stretching exercises and after a week I have to say my leg hurts worse then it did when I started, but I am going to continue doing them since that is what the doctor recommends. He said if things did not improve in 8 weeks then we would look at doing an MRI. Right now he thinks it is just a bad sprain that is not healing quickly.

How is everyone's weekend going? We finally put our Halloween decorations up and that was a lot of fun! We made our own spiders and ghosts to tie up in the tree so we continue to use those every year. Also, we added some flying witches for the garage so that was fun.

My plan for this week is to continue my goal of strengthening my hips and hamstrings. I want to continue eating better which I know means I need to lay off the chocolate. I have had a hard time with that since I have not been able to work out.

I hope everyone has a great rest of their Sunday! I plan on running a couple errands and then going over to see our Grandkids! So the rest of my day will be so much fun! Stay safe and have a happy day! God bless you!
