Good doc appt.

I think I finally found a podiatrist I like! I do have plantar fasciitis in my right heel, tendonitis, and a bone spur. He recommended icing it (which I've geen doing), some stretches, a good place in town to find good supportive shoes, and anti-inflammatory (he saw lots of inflammation on my xrays of both feet), and of course losing some weight and exercising. He said dry feet are the first sign of neuropathy, but he said my feet look good and I haven't really lost any feeling yet. I will get back to putting lotion on my feet after showering.

Got to take the dressing off of my hand today. they bruised me pretty good which might be why I'm hurting so much this time! Hopefully the swelling will go down now. The dressing was cutting into my hand!

So, still lots of motivation to keep on keeping on. Back to eating as close to Whole30 as I can, since I do feel better that way. I definitely feel the crap I ate this weekend!!

PF was tough to get rid of. I had bunions also and it was difficult and painful to walk. I am Diabetic and am concerned about my feet. They are very dry and need frequent attention. Stay with the program the best you can. Its amazing how your feet pain can affect your attitude.
