Ughhh I made a mistake!

Sunday, October 18, 2020

Hello and happy Sunday Spark friends! I have had an amazing weekend! We went out on Friday night and celebrated my son's 21st birthday with his finance and his best friend! We had german food and for dessert we had a real german black forest cake! It was amazing! Then we came back to the house and just hung out and visited! It was nice to see the kids all together!
Then yesterday we went and saw the Grandkids. We were out and about and we were going by their street and I said we should go visit them! I just melt every time I see them! I played video games with my grandsons which I don't normally do and they loved it! I will have to do that more often! I usually just play with my granddaughter in her room with all the stuffed animals lol. The only part to the weekend that wasn't so great was that I decided to make a bad choice yesterday morning and go out and support my son while he ran in the park. I didn't run but I walked about 40 minutes at a pretty good pace. Needless to say, my leg is thanking me for it today ughhh! Not a good choice! I have been doing the stretching exercises for 2 weeks and so far nothing has changed but I know it will take several weeks for things to improve if they are going to. I think it I had it to do all over again I still would have been out there supported my son. So today will be a relaxation day so my leg can feel somewhat back to normal tomorrow. I hope your all having a safe and relaxing Sunday! emoticon

Sounds like a wonderful family time, but I hope your leg gets better.
