"Focus on your goal. Don't look in any direction but ahead."
Wise words, don't you agree? Weigh in is tomorrow for the 5% challenge. I'm currently .4 lbs more than I was last Sat. But, I'm on plan today and expect to weigh in below last week's weight. I've been down and up.....yes...like Mr. Toad's Wild Ride at the amusement park!
This week I had to ask myself, what do you want most? Immediate gratification or progress towards your long term weight loss goal and improvement for your health overall. I'm back on track and am working towards the later. I let stress, the desire to feel better, temptation, and other impulses distract me from this goal. Old habits won out during the short term, but that is over now!
Thanks for reading and I wish each of you a wonderful on track weekend and week ahead. Always remember the crazy amusement park ride will stop and it's up to you to get off that ride vs. riding it again and again.
