My phone tracks my walks which vary more than my gym set: bike for 15-20 minutes then 40-45 minutes strength training. I've walked at least 26 sessions every month, since July 1. Sometimes I walk twice a day to make up for a previous day's slack or just because! Since my knees are not happy with walking too much I have to limit my time to about 30 minutes a session with at least 6 hours rest in between.
ALICIA363 got me interested in a 100 mile 2020 challenge she is working through a running group. Another Sparker and I are doing our own as a walk challenge. As of today I've walked an extra 82 miles since the end of August.
You've think I'd take off some pounds with all this exercise. Nah, I've not changed my eating habits much and probably went in the opposite direction for a while. I'll blame it on COVID. Lately I've gotten a better handle on my emotions and perhaps my diet will be a bit better.
