I plan to work on 30 mins of cardio 3x emoticon a week and 50 squats emoticon , crunches and reverse crunches emoticon a day(10 reps 5x a day) and of course I have to do a mini warm-up emoticon and end with a stretch emoticon . Really going to work hard on this months goal.
