My girls and I had last week off work and school. I started out strong with extra exercise and decent eating, but by the end of the week, with Halloween coming, I ended up skipping my workout several days and eating and drinking too much...and seeing the scale go up a bit. Today though, I jumped back into things...65 minute workout and eating fairly well again. In the past, this sort of setback would have had me throwing in the towel. Not this time. I know I can just keep going. One setback doesn't mean I can't do it. This time, I know this is just a little speed bump, not a road block.
