Flax seed and other finds

I am trying to incorporate ground flaxseed into my diet. I made a great oatmeal this morning with it. I posted it in my plant based foods blog. Number 3 on the list. It is high in fiber and protein. My resources for alternative health foods are somewhat limited in my area, however, you can find ham hocks and boudain year round, lol. I even saw a whole hogs head once, eyeballs and all, in a freezer at one of our local grocery stores.
I did find Bob's Redmill Ground Flaxseed in a local store and Nutritional yeast flakes! I am not a fan of on-line shopping so I was pleased with my find. Aslo, tried plain almond milk yogurt
yucky yucky blech blech. I used it for a greek style dip. I added Vegan Mayo and it brought it up to normal. Have a great day! This is my once-a-month deep cleaning day. Thank goodness I have a teeny tiny home! I also have some knitting to finish. Spark on!
