Week 5 of the Fall 5% Challenge is in the Books!

I think I could faint from excitement, but...
I'M SO CLOSE TO MAKING THAT 5% GOAL!!!!!!
This is HUGE for me! I haven't made my 5% goal since I was with the Cloverleafs back in Spring of 2018.
The 5% is such an awesome goal to make and achieve because it's doable, but it's still a real challenge. I love how it promotes healthy weight loss and maintenance, and it definitely works if you do the work.
So, here are this week's stats:

Calories burned: 11338
Weight lost: -2.6 lbs
Steps taken: 79,391 steps
Cooking at home: Cooked at home 6/7 days
Healthy snacks: I had some candy on Halloween. I've decided Saturdays will be my sweets day.
