Very Good Check Up Yesterday

All 40+ lab tests came out in range. Not one problem detected! I'm just so happy that 12 years ago when I had high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and high blood pressure amoung other concerns, that I did my best for 90 days to bring down my numbers and here it is still working! Could not have done it without Sparkpeople and the support of my SparkFriends. Thanks!!
