I made my goal weight and then some

I have been logging in every day but not blogging in years. I have usually never had a weight issue but not sure if it was age, or personal stressors, or a combo of both, but from my long standing 120 weight I got all the way up to 139 in a matter of just a few months within the past year. I think I was eating junk just to do something instead of exercise, which I didn't do a lot of on a regular basis anyway. The last time I remember being consistent was before I got married in 2015 to look good on our beach wedding on Grand Cayman.
My youngest daughter is a hairdresser and traded services for a trainer for me. I may have lost 3 lbs. :( the food was bland and for 30 day's I did it, but it was horrible. I learned that if you don't like the food you won't stay on a diet. You have to be able to eat foods you eat, just in moderation. I tried a couple of pill diets, cleanses, etc. but nothing worked. Then my daughter, who has a bigger weight problem the me, joined WW (Weight watchers) My sister also joined I'll tell you the point system is GREAT. So from last April at 139, I set a goal of 120 not thinking I could do it, but I'm happy to say I'm now at 116!!!! I can't tell you how many years that must have been when I was that light. I weighed 115 for a long time... eons ago.. but now a pound from that is AMAZING and gives me 4 lbs to fudge with between now and Christmas with all the good food. I do notice with with app on phone and logging everything going into my mouth, it has made a HUGE difference. I stop at one cookie or 2 if I have extra points, and not the entire jar. LOL Kidding. not 6 or so. I also started walking the dog daily during my summer off and the beginning of Covid when I had to start teaching online. Well when school started this year it was stressful and I didn't do much walking, maybe 1-2 days if lucky a week. I also thought about the colder weather coming and knew I had to find something indoors to do, but just lazy. I have a mat, videos, tons here, weights, a ball, etc. Just don't to this day. Not sure what kind of motivation, or accountability partner I need who would be consistent. Anyway, I hope I never see more than 122. I'll start panicking at 120. BTW, WW is now a benefit at my work at a reduced price for the app plan. The app has a ton of recipes, videos, encouragement, etc. Like here.. all you need if you just use it.
