Thanksgiving Plans

My husband and I have decided we are going to stay home and enjoy our Thanksgiving holiday here with his Grandma and his dad. We have not done that since we have been together. Normally it is Thanksgiving in Nebraska and Christmas spent here. We are going to reverse it this year.
What is everyone's plans for Thanksgiving? I can already smell the turkey! What is your favorite part of the holiday? Mine is all the wonderful smells and the quality time with family!

    Everything is so different these days that it's very difficult to spend time with family or friends. Not sure what we are going to be doing.

    We will be with our two kids and their family’s! Normally we have a huge meal with grandparents and cousins. It will be a little sad as my mom is on oxygen 24 hrs a day. We can’t risk giving her Covid.
