Nutrition Tracker Tips?

Last night I took the time to plan for my meals today. I hit all of my numbers without going over in calories. I typically find it hard to get in all of the fiber I need without going over in calories. But today I just added spinach to my lunch and dinner and that still wasn't enough, so I added ground flax seed to my lunch and dinner recipes and boom there was the fiber I needed without significant calorie increase.

With all that being said, this is not something I have a ton of time for each night. So I will have to play around with the nutrition tracker to figure this out. I know that one thing I will do is keep breakfast pretty simple and add it to my favorites.

If you have any suggestions on using the nutrition tracker quickly and efficiently please let me know. What are your tips for using the nutrition tracker?
