EXERCISE PLAN & Vegan meals 11/30-12/5

11/30 Monday-Vitamins, Meds and Coffee done! Breakfast and a snack completed! Packed a lunch for the day.Work starts at 730, arrived early to straighten and clean! Water @20 ounces. Personal trainer tomorrow night. Exercise-walking, yoga and ST done! Fruit packed for lunch with a sandwich and soup. Leftovers for dinner, we have a lot still. Froze some of it. Been resting and alone with my thoughts, which is beautiful. Sometimes you just need to be alone with yourself! Water, Dinner, hot tea, exercise completed!

12/1 Tuesday-Vitamins & Meds complete! Yoga & Treadmill coming soon! Breakfast-Oatmeal, fruit & yoghurt w/ coffee! Lunch-Soup, sandwich & vegetables! Dinner-? Snack-hard boiled egg & walnuts! Walk at lunch! Trainer tonight!

12/2-12/3-Wednesday-Thursday
--Apparently I just worked and slept through these 2 days, needed a bit of a break honestly!

12/4 Friday-Its sunny today, getting back into the high 50's-low 60's! Had breakfast, coffee, water, snack! I think I slept near 9 hours! Did a bunch of house work today! Exercise is yoga, walking, ST so far! May have a little nap soon. Dinner in the Insta-Pot~
12/4 Saturday-Met all usual parameters!

12/5 Sunday-Need to shower, eat breakfast and all the usual stuff! May be on a rest day today, we'll see! Happy Birthday to Governor Cuomo of NY!
