I joined the Official Tame your Sweet Tooth Challenge a few weeks ago but did not carry through. I think this is a good time to begin that process. Between now and Christmas there are going to be tons of sweets around and I feel I do need to get a handle on it. I have done this before very successfully but somehow I end up eating too many sweets again. I find doing a detox is very helpful and definitely keeps my sweet consumption down for quite awhile. The main reason I want to do this is to control my blood sugar, which is borderline and because it is just better for me. I will keep you posted!
