My December Goals and Challenges

I didn't do good in November with losing weight but I stayed on track with the exercise and other goals.



My December goals are:

- Declutter something once a week
- Daily Devotional
- Spark Daily and track nutrition daily
- Water 1st and Veggies Most
- Close all 3 Rings on Apple Watch (move 500 calories+, exercise30 mins +and stand goal)
- Exercise 30 minutes or more everyday and get strength training in at least 3 days a week,
- Get in 250,000 steps this month
- Journal and Read Daily
- Monthly goal on watch is to earn 200% of my move goal 10 times this month.
- Numbers on the scale decrease this month

I been tracking food on spark faithfully but stopped journaling each day the last 2 months and I think that is how I got sidetracked and didn't see the big picture.

Other goas is to do Les Mills CXWorks 3 times a week and my own daily goal with kettlebells:
