Spark Coach Exercise: A letter of Encouragement.

I was going to ignore this exercise since I have done it before, then I saw the meme posted on the last page:
In moments of self doubt I get that funny feeling in my tummy, which for me is really anxiety, I have learned to take a deep breath or more if needed and blow it out. I then get on with my day.
That moment of anxiety led me to so much emotional over eating in my growing up into adulthood. It continued on until I finally went to a counselor who led me to a path of
beginning to understand myself.
