Gratude Journal Day 7

Today was my last day of BSF until January. It was a good study. We talked about What are you holding on to or longing for that may be disrupotive toward you or your family? I put down my anger. I had an really bad anger problem about 2 1/2 years ago. I was constantly angery for any thing. My husband and I would fight all the time, I would yell at my kids for no good resson. But I found an anger mangment counceling with out a court order. Started going and it has been helping me. My husband and i don't fight much. We still have argument but not as it has been. I don't loose it so much on my kids. I have been working out more and heating heathly. Since i have been going I quite eating fried foods, fast food, prossed microwavable foods. I have been making home cooked meals, more freggies, eating my breakfast. Drinking alot of water and no soda. Been getting on my treadmill alot and started doing yoga alot.

This question fallows todays question. How can I make more space in my life for the things I love? But to make room to for the things I love. I don't need to on some thinds. I love to go for walks so I take my kids with me to get their exersise. My bible study i do when my kids play on their xbox. My Revelation bible study I do in my room.There is nothing to do with it. We decuss it on Thursday. Coloring I do when my kids want to color I color in my book. Reading I do in bed. Those are the things i love. I love to get my kids involved into stuff i love to do so I wont have to set a time for my to do it.

My Gratude for today is
1)See the ladies in my BSF before break
2)Got some baking done
3)Got to go see some christmas lights
