Yesterday I did not do so great. I didn’t eat well, I didn’t exercise, I didn’t log my food. Nothing. And I’m falling prey to my own insecurities, sliding into depression. I feel it, but feel powerless to stop it. I did pick up my yarn and got back to crocheting yesterday. Hopefully that will help keep my mind occupied. I also started reading one of my favorite books. Truthfully though, all I want to do is sleep. I don’t want to be around people. I don’t want to work. I don’t want to make any decisions. I’m hoping this doesn’t last long. I’m hoping I’m strong enough to push through it. Thank you so much for your support.

    Hey lovely lady! I have missed you. I'm not really active on here anymore, I have been doing keto and doing well with it, although let things go this week, I just needed to loosen the strings a bit. I'm sorry you are feeling down - but I am glad to see your lovely face pop up.

    It sucks that you're feeling that way... Hopefully you'll start feeling better soon! I like to crochet and listen to podcasts/audiobooks. Making things helps my mood way more than mindless distractions like TV!

    Oh, how I feel for you. I've been there many times. ❤ Some things that have been working for me: 1. Set a 20-min timer & do as many small chores as possible in that time. 2. Peppy song list & earbuds in for a short walk outdoors. ❤

    Hope and pray you have someone to reach out to. Picking up a phone doesn't require being around anyone and may provide the boost you need. Immerse yourself in things you enjoy. Prayers of peace your way.
