My compelling reason to get in shape.

Ever heard someone say I am tired of being tired. That is where I am. I have no energy and it is the one thing that seems to hold me back. I have many reasons to lose weight and get in shape, but the compelling one is I want the energy and drive to accomplish more than working and sleeping and just the most basic house chores.

    Good reasons! I remember when I first started with spark and I weighed 350 lbs. It was hard to walk from the house to the mail box and we live in a residential neighborhood where it is not far to the mail box. Anyway I started walking just down our block and soon we were walking all over town. It takes time but, if you start walking everyday just a little farther each day soon you will be able to do the things you really want to do. Baby steps. emoticon
