Ready for 2021 - SMART Goals

My Pep Talk: I am more than 50% of the way there. I have 31.6 lbs to lose to reach my goal weight. Stay the course, use all available resources/support and know that all things are possible, emoticon

Long Term Goal:
Reach goal weight (154) and healthy BMI

Short Term Goal:
Lose 12 lbs

Nutrition Plan
Optimal Ketogenic Lifestyle with more Ketovore i.e. protein
Meal planning and tracking of food and macronutrients
No late night snacking; Intermittent fasting from sundown to sunrise

Cardio: 30 minutes minimum 5X weekly
Strength training 3X weekly
Stretch -daily
Mow and work in the yard - as needed
Wear Fitbit - daily

Write it out -at least weekly
Get it out
Don't eat over it.
Self Assessment and tweak plan - monthly or sooner, if indicated

Workout clothes
A fun gift or activity
