Hold onto that Feeling

There are some things I need to make habitual--like strength training and stretching. So, tonight, because there are BLC points involved ( a great incentive), I did several minutes of stretches and at the end of it--noticed how absolutely wonderful I felt!. I don't know why I don't do this more often because it is so simple, only takes a few minutes and is so beneficial! I know I sleep better when I stretch before bedtime. I'm writing this down to try and reinforce this in my mind and hold onto that feeling until this becomes another healthy habit. Strength training is going to be a bit more of a struggle but I will keep trying. No excuses. No regrets. Giving up is not an option.
