The Next 8 Weeks!

throughout these next eight weeks I am participating in a battle that lasts 8 weeks and is a perfect fit for me. My first challenge was to post my plan, my way of staying on track. Some people don't have a plan meaning they lose themselves throughout their journey so this is my plan for this 8 week journey.

This battle gives me the challenge to lose as much weight as I can in the next 8 weeks. Throughout my life I have had trouble staying on track and being consistent, with this battle that gives me a challenge to do better and I am personally very competitive making this a wonderful battle.

Throughout these next 8 weeks I will post my first pre 8 week battle pictures to my blog I am a little nervous but I know being able to go back and look at these pictures will keep me motivated and show me how far I have come.

Throughout these next 8 weeks my main goal is obviously to lose as much weight as I can, but to do that I have to not only work out but do my part in the kitchen. What I mean by this is I am going to track my food each day of this battle no matter if I do bad or good. Secondly push myself when I get tired during a workout don't give up keep going don't stop the pain is a way of my body getting in better, and battle shape.

The other day I was working on something for the battle tracking my weight and BMI, or body mass index and this through me in a loop. The numbers I saw were not what I expected, nor wanted. But I look at these number from a optimistic perspective these numbers show where I am now and later on throughout this battle when I just want to give up I can look at these numbers to see how far I have came, and why I should not give up these numbers drive me to be a better version of myself and drive me to do well in this next 8 week battle
