The First Week Almost Done!

Well so far throughout this first week I have had some ups, but also some downs not anything to bad but just not accomplishing my goal.
My goal for every week was to at least track my food so I could watch my calorie intake. I have unfortunately completely forgot about it on Tuesday. Once I remembered that I had forgotten I felt horrible, but that is just one day out of the next 7 weeks to come.
My point in saying this is when you set your goals and mess up or forget like I did don't be to hard on yourself, just remember to keep going and don't let one slip ruin your journey and your goals. We can do this no matter what you might go through or could happen during you journey keep pushing.
Now, to the ups. I have so far accomplished the goal of working out everyday which makes me very proud because I cannot remember the last time I worked out all week. This is a accomplish that got me past that slip up.
All in all remember one slip up doesn't define you keep pushing for those goals!
