Progress - Week One of January

I spent a lot of the end of December trying to get my mind in the right place to have a successful start to 2021. So far, so good.
I have been planning ahead for nutrition and have been doing well. Today I was tempted to go off my plan since I was going to my friend's and did not have lunch planned ahead. Then I remembered I had an on plan recipe, Avocado and White Bean Salad Wraps, that I had planned to try and I had the ingredients so I made it and took it with me to his house. I also took some mandarin oranges for dessert because he always has sweets which I am trying to limit.
So, success for this week and weekend. And, guess what, the wraps were quite tasty and I will make them again.
