5% Winter Challenge Plan

Here We Go Again!!
The 5% challenge has just started and a simple plan and more determination should help me this time to find some success.
Everyday, I would like to spend around an hour being active. Walking works, or something more fun will do.
The 9 inch plate is something I haven't tried, but will this time. I also would like to have half the plate filled with vegetables and the other half divided with carbs and protein.
I am not totally eliminating treats, but will not have unplanned snack attacks in the evening when I am not hungry or over do the "treat" part of a daily plan. For instance, one chocolate or one dessert is fine, not both on the same day.
