After eating some extra servings of Pirate Booties, and apple and a piece of berry pie, I am sitting in front of the computer feeling defeated and bloated. I am so tired of getting up every morning with the best intentions and ending mid-afternoon ravaging on I can get my hands on.... I used to control and stick to the healthier path but now it feels like somebody else life... or a tale someone shared.... I don't know how to help myself anymore...

    But it IS your life. Sounds like, the same as I had to do recently, you need to give yourself as serious talking to. Decide. Is this the life you want to live? Is this who you want to be? Only YOU can change it if it isn't, and that starts by getting yourself focused on how you DO want your life and health to be. See it, imagine it, breath it in. Only when you can imagine that lifestyle again can you begin to believe again. My last but one blog (how to break my chocolate addiction) is long and boring, but really gave me steps I needed to get back on my journey again. Maybe take a look, see if it can help get you out of this rut too. You may not have an addiction, but the principles are still invaluable emoticon

    Make sure you eat enough calories for breakfast and lunch.
    Eat defined meals.
    You can get past this.
    Drink water. Get sleep.
