And thanks for the bloglove too, btw. I was so surprised when I found out other states do not insist that the only librarian is the one with the ALA approved Masters In Library Science. And the truth is - A degree in Public Admin would be a lot more useful for most library diretors - but hey - this was years ago. I don't care anymore. I just remember how apt it was to bring into the story. So many women find themselves taking on the work they were not educated for (Mine was in classical music performance!!!) and then doing a great job, but never feeling like they were "real".

Anyway - I will enjoy working with these women and I think they will enjoy working with me.
