Close your eyes and imagine all of your goals laid out in front of you on a giant billboard. Why do you want to reach those goals so badly and how will they change your life? What choices should you make today to get you one step closer to those goals?
I want to live a healthy active life for my family. I want to be able to travel and explore with my DH. As I visit this weekend with my Dad (89) and as I watch my step MIL (95) recover from her broken leg, I’m appreciating the importance of being healthy to be as independent as long as possible.
I’m going to commit to moving more today and to making healthy food choices. My dad keeps quite a stash of sweets.
