The fly by the seat of your pants diet, basically requires full freezer and shelves. You don't plan, you find yourself hungry and you go foraging, find something and eat. I generally keep healthy nutritious foods available so it's not a train wreck but not what a person trying to be healthy should do.



It's weigh in day for my group. I didn't gain but I didn't lose either. It was a hard week all around here. I didn't plan (I flew by the seat of my pants) and follow the plan which is what gets me to goal on the scale. I was thrown off by rewarding myself with food. I was such a good girl actually making appointments and keeping them. So 2 down 3 to go. I just need a come to Jesus moment regarding the reward system I have. Food is NOT a reward. I must reframe that thought pattern, find a better reward when I feel accomplished.

I will pay penance today shoveling the lovely white stuff that has landed here I Chicagoland. Time to go a logging (of food too).
