Thick, Plentiful Dressing

I was in the mood for a lot of dressing on my beautiful salad, and not vinegar-runny type either. So I mixed about 3 T of fresh, low sodium salsa with 50 calories of lite ranch dressing. I had the treat of plentiful dressing and the salsa-ranch was quite tasty! I will do it again, although sometimes when I've already used the sodium for the day, the vinegar is the key to meeting my nutritional goals. Just got to make it all balance out to live healthy and SP really helps keep track of it all!
Hope you have managed a reasonably healthy treat today. I did, and I ran 3.1 miles, too.
