2021 - Day 16 - Be Careful When You Start Walking 5 Miles A Day

They say 10,000 steps equal about 5 miles, give or take, depending on your stride length.
I've hit my 10,000 steps a day goal for 17 days in a row now. Yay me!
Tonight I found out how easily and quickly you can get extra steps in record time. I did an at home walking workout. Check this out! It was fun and I was able to add 5,000 steps in 37 minutes.

Be careful though when you start walking so you don't end up like grandma.
