Chapter 37, Day 51....soup's on

Some sparkers fast, instead, I eat my turkey soup. It's just turkey and vegetables in broth; I keep it in the freezer for times to manage over eating or if I am sick. It's my secret weight loss weapon, but it does not make for exciting eating. I ate a balanced healthy breakfast, made a poor choice for lunch, and used the soup for dinner. It helped me salvage yesterday. I hopped on the scale this morning as a preview to Saturday's Challenge weigh in, and I made a wee bit of progress. With a sigh of relief over the scale's mercy, it's time to find my center point and get my Program back in action. I'm super busy with client deliverables for the rest of this month, so anything I can do to put ME first, is a win.
The best way I know to get my Program back in motion, is to get back to my routine. That means, I need to get my day started with some early fitness minutes. I don't have much time for a walk out doors and its below freezing outside. No matter, I'm lacing up as soon as I finish this blog.
Lots of client work for me today. And most definitely, soup.
