Jan. 23, 2021 "Diet Plan" for 5% Challenge Week 3

My diet plan is from a book I once read and consists of simply not eating when not hungry. It means paying attention when eating and stopping when no longer hungry without overeating first.
I also want to incorporate good foods like fruit and vegetables, of course, beans, poultry and fish as well as other meat. A couple of soup meals a week would be good, filling and healthy. Soup is often not that full of calories. I have a lentil soup recipe to start out this week.
