We got a new mattress (FINALLY) my spine is no longer trying to escape my body
Went from 240.6 to 231.2 (-9.4 lb)
Went from size 20 to roughly 18 (it’s snug)
Walked 32.41 miles
Walked for 782 minutes (or 13 hours and 2 minutes)
Did 2, 6-minute yoga sessions
Calorie intake averaged 1,817
Sugar intake was between 54-231 (goal is 90 or below and includes sugars found in fruit and milk, etc.) average for the month was 96; biggest sugar day was when I found my last pack of sour gummy worms
I took only 2 pepcid for the entire month (it would normally be 2 pepcid a night) and it was on the gummy worms night
Little to no bloating
I asked my esthetician for a rating (0-10) on my face’s skin health and she said a 6 or 7;. we’ll see where we go from there
I averaged 8 hours of sleep

Good start to the year!
