Starting February off very Weirdly!

Am finishing this day off shortly (8 pm here). And I am blogging about it just because it was so bizarrely out of the ordinary.

16:8 Fasted again. Am going to try to follow a Vegetarian Keto diet plan for a while in Feb.
After DH left for work I did a couple workouts...22 Minutes of Indoor LISS Walking followed by an intense 38 Minute Aerobic/Cardio workout from Body Project. By that time it was 11:30 and I found out my Sister was headed to Trader Joes! In my attempts to be brave I decided I would join her and threw an egg and leftover sauteed veggies into a pan...topped it with Nutritional Yeast and really wolfed it down! All because I know how off the rails shopping can get on an empty stomach!

We shopped. Got home around 2ish and then found out Sister needed ANOTHER trip to Costco ! (was okay with that as we needed to retrieve 2nd car from autobody shop nearby). Snuck in a quick dog walk then headed back out. Again, we shopped. Home at 7pm.

Threw Hemp Hearts, Tomatoes and Olive Tapenade into some bagged salad topped with Balsamic Vinegar. Then sat with a bit of Whiskey to calm my nerves (I don't really like being out in this infectious world just yet). Entered everything into Spark and here's where it gets weird!

Have consumed only 736 calories today. My workouts totaled 424 calories burned! The nutrition tracker says I still have around 1000 calories available today! emoticon

I am not going to worry about it. I know you shouldn't come in so low often, as it screws up your metabolism, but I was definitely not this low yesterday and doubt I will be tomorrow!

Kind of a dumb blog, but I might want to look back and see how February started!

    I have days where I look down and I’m nowhere near my daily limit, then days that I have to try to budget my calories... I always feel pretty raging hungry after the low-cal days do I’m trying to keep snacks around and handy to avoid them. Good job!
