As of today (2/3) I have gone up AGAIN...hopefully can get it down to last week's weight before my next official weigh-in. At least the next weigh-in is before super bowl Sunday where I can guarantee I will over eat on things that I shouldn't.

Living the Good Life – Hobby Time & Follow Your Diet
Now is the time to learn something new or renew an interest. Mental health experts recommend that we spend part of the day on relaxing activities like a hobby. There are many benefits of a hobby - you structure your time, manage and alleviate stress, have entertainment and relaxation, sharpen your mind and is an important form of self-care.
Hobbies bring us joy and enrich our lives; something fun to do with our newfound leisure time at home or a break in a busy day. It forces you to focus on an activity you like, taking your mind off issues and reducing anxiety.
What the heck can I do at home with this extra time? Create a hobbies bucket list which includes activities you’ve been meaning to pick up, but never got around to learning. Or it could be pastimes that you already love but don't make time for.
Hobby time for yourself – aim for at least 10 minutes a day.
I like Sudoku, reading, coloring book apps, blogging, playing silly games on Facebook, listening to podcasts on YouTube...the only problem with all of those is that I can do all of them while laying down in bed. I woke up today at 5am and I don't have to be at work until 1:30. That's a whole lotta "me" time..over 8 hours of "me" time. Believe me, my "me time" ain't helping with weight loss at all.
