Down another 10 units of insulin this week. I don't know if the scale has dropped or not. I did have two days that were off track. I am taking back control today.
My dinner tonight will be sub salad.
I am actually REALLY looking forward to it! I can almost taste it right now.
My off track days I contribute to being out with my husband and him making poor choices and me being hurried to make a decision. I was not prepared and followed his example and made bad decisions on my own. That was Sunday. i did a bunch of walking on Sunday too hoping to counter the bad choices I made that day. I did some walking yesterday. A neighbor had brought over cheese, butter and hash browns. I was going to give away the hash browns to my middle son on Sunday but forgot. So I made a hash brown casserole last night and that was full of carbs. I also ate a ton of grapes those two days.
Today, I have avoided the grapes. And the rest of my food choices are friendly to the way I eat. So I feel less pressure to resist stuff.
Valentines Day plan is to make low carb chicken fettuccini alfredo and low carb chocolate maybe some strawberries.
I was definitely having a why try attitude yesterday. I am really trying to be away from that attitude today. It is sunny and COLD today here with negative numbers continuing. I know I am over tired and my pain level has been tough to deal with the last few days. I am less sore today so maybe that is what that is helping me.
