2021.2.13 - Some Random Thoughts & Images

It rained yesterday, but got in a short & a long walk with Elkie. Making it a priority for her, walk in AM and walk in PM and 10K steps for me. She turned 5 months on Tuesday the 9th.


She's standing close right now, obviously ready for lunch prep (hers) and a bowl-full. Her weight is 35 pounds. Not fat, just perfect I think.

Excuse me...must train / feed. It is a process.

Plan to eat soup myself for lunch, but making split pea with ham hock is on the 'to do' list for this afternoon. One of my favorites.

This made me smile last night...my great-great niece Hannah (age 4) with her Daddy (my great-nephew Jeremy age 30 something) going to their first Daddy / Daughter dance.



And at a neighbors suggestion I ordered an Air Fryer yesterday from Amazon. Getting it tomorrow....



Will grocery shop tomorrow (the cupboard is pretty bare) after I get a load of the things I can do with this 'indispensable' piece of kitchen equipment (so I am told). I am thinking of fried potatoes rather than french fries.

The thermometer shows 58 degrees seems colder to me.

And in the background listening to the closing arguments from the trump defense team...no comment. This picture says it all...
