My weight had gotten up to 191. I was frustrated and I told my husband that I was going to stop drinking alcohol for one month to be able to do the keto diet. He agreed. This is the first weekend in a long time that we did not celebrate with our beers. It was weird, but it felt good to be able to keep on my diet. I had tried in the past to keep in my calorie range, but the weekend drinking was always a factor to contend with. I did pretty good, but I never made much progress. I am hoping that I do better without the alcohol this time around. I am eating a low carb meal plan daily, drinking plenty of water, getting in some extra salt, taking my vitamins, and getting plenty of rest. Right now my weight is 187 and I have been on the diet for around 3 days. So far so good, even though the weight loss is probably just water weight. It is good for moral anyways. I am going to try to stick to it. If anyone has any tips on keto, feel free to leave a comment! Thanks!
