Love yourself first

As I ponder Valentine’s Day I am contemplating the progress I have made over the past few months. Self reflection is healthy and so is self care. I need to take care of myself in order to present my very best self to others and for ME! I take time to enjoy my morning coffee, a warm relaxing shower and reading a good book. Pedicures and massages are special treats too. Spending quality time with good friends and special family members is always rewarding. I love to cook food meals and share them with my family too. What are some of your self care routines.
