Learning How & What Not to Eat

Since December 2020 after my semi annual doctors appointment, I have been changing my diet because of higher than average liver enzyme levels.
All my doctor said was to cut my carbs, which I am working on yet. It is a hard thing to do! I
I’m not 100% but I am trying. I’ve been researching the why’s and what’s. Then looking at past research I came upon an article and it reminded me why I should study labels.
I’m listing the link for a list of foods that have Carrageenan in them. I find it very interesting!
Yesterday I went through the labels on the dairy products in the fridge and threw out anything with carrageenan in it. I’ve been trying to give up creamer in my coffee for awhile now and I think I can do it now! Two days so far black coffee. My hope is that I can heal myself without prescription meds. I’m currently waiting for my ultrasound results.
