Catch up on Goals

I am still up and down on my goals but working them more than not now - which is HUGE!
I have started to see a little change in my weight and I've moved back into the 150s. I still have a long way to go but am focusing on my goals as that'll get me there.
I have started planning again and cooking..... ALOT!
If you have not heard of Skinnytaste.com, check out the website. They have many recipes and all I've tried are delicious. I even bought one of her cookbooks as I don't like to keep printing recipes because then I can't find what I'm looking for.
I am still very active. Working out pretty much each day. I participated in a virtual fitness weekend at the end of January. That was fun and the workouts were good. I got a lot from the health & nutrition sessions.
Weather here is cold with more snow coming. I am trying not to worry/think about it as I don't need to go anywhere since I'm working remotely. Although I am forcing myself to get out of the house a few times a week - even if just for a drive - for my sanity.
This week I will continue to track my food and stay in my calorie range and drink my water.
