I think I have finally started to get some traction on my eating - volume, quality, quantity.
I did some reading and research and have come up with a new meal plan with some go to breakfasts and lunches. I am trying to eat more at breakfast to give myself a good foundation for the day. Today was day 3 and so far, so good.

I must say, be it right or wrong, but I do better when I am a bit obsessed by the numbers. I have grids and charts and track all sorts of things and that is what works for me.

I am tracking water, exercise, calories, steps. Gee, you think that's enough? emoticon

Being planned, organized, and focus does the trick for me. emoticon
